Why I built SNF Insights

After years in skilled nursing finance, operations, and informatics, I kept running into the same questions.

Was our performance changing, or was the market changing around us? Before hiring a leader, evaluating an acquisition, entering a new market, or negotiating with a payer, I wanted more than a snapshot. I wanted to understand how a facility and its market had changed over time.

The data was already public. It was just scattered across too many places.

So I built SNF Insights to bring it together.
